A concept website for a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic, built to show how booking, enquiries and follow-up can live in one connected flow.
This is a concept project built to demonstrate an approach. It is not a real client, and no performance results are claimed.
Challenge
Small clinics often depend on phone calls for bookings and on memory for follow-ups. Enquiries that arrive after hours can go unanswered, and patients are rarely reminded or checked on afterwards.
Concept
A calm, trust-first site where booking an appointment is the main action on every page, backed by a workflow that confirms, reminds and follows up without staff having to chase.
Solution
Service and specialist pages lead to a simple booking flow. Each enquiry is stored in one place, triggers a confirmation and a reminder, and queues a follow-up message after the visit.
